Recruitment requirements:

Passionate about the profession and eager to commit to the job – aiming for long-term career development in the beauty industry.

Completed basic to advanced courses in Nail – Eyelash profession. Candidates with no experience can also be trained.

Good communication and customer service skills: Always friendly, approachable, and capable of providing accurate advice and effective customer support.

Ability to work in a team within the store: Collaborate well with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Attractive income: Fixed salary (to be discussed based on skills after passing the test) plus 12% of sales, bonuses, and 100% of tips.

The average income ranges from 9 to 14 million VND per month.

Generous leave policy: 3 days off per month. If working on a day off, the salary is doubled.

In-depth training: Free training on customer service and other services in the store such as eyelash extensions, hair removal, and foot scrub.

Allowances and additional benefits: Meal allowance after 3 months of work. After 6 months, the percentage of revenue will be increased based on work performance.
